Examination Results
As much as we would like to, and despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that candidates will pass the exams for which they have purchased materials from our site. If you are taking advantage of our pass guarantee service, we require sight of your examination result to confirm that you remain eligible for our service.
Use of Material
The purchase of any item from our site is for an individual subscription and is for personal use only. By purchasing any item from this site you agree not to pass on any of our solutions on to third parties in any format. We retain copyright of all materials produced. All sales are final and information will be supplied once the payment has been received through PayPal. Our service to you commences the moment you make the specified online payment.

We reserve the right to cancel 'formal' courses if numbers do not make them viable. In such circumstances you will be offered a place on a course at an alternative venue, one to one tuition, or a full refund of any fees paid.
